Group Discounts
Special discounted packages for a group of attendees from the same organization are available. Group discounts will be offered for organizations sending 5 people or more to the conference.

Media Registration
LKSE welcomes members of the media to the conference depending on event capacity limitations.
Qualifications and Guidelines
Registration is complimentary for professional journalists and bloggers attending the conference to provide editorial coverage and who meet the eligibility criteria. All requests must be made via to Janice Linden-Reed janice@leankanban.com.

International Travelers
We always consider our International travelers when selecting our conference locations in order to make your travel easier. Madrid is a city with plenty to do and explore.

If you are traveling and require a visa letter, please submit your request in email to Agnes Sellgren at agnes@leankanban.com

Cancellation & Refunds
Full conference registrations, tutorials and single day registrations, less a €75 cancellation fee, are refundable only if submitted in writing to agnes@leankanban.com on or before March 1, 2015. Registrations and cancellations received after March 1, 2015, are not refundable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 45 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by check.
Substitutions
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. The original attendee can do a name change in the RegOnline registration system or contact Agnes Sellgren agnes@leankanban.com directly for assistance.
Additional Policies
By registering for the conference you are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to the conference. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials you may do so by emailing janice@leankanban.com By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above including the use of photographic images. Lean Kanban, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when events are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. In the unlikely event that the LKSE conference be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next LKSE Conference.
